User Personal Data
Our applications do not access nor communicate any of your personal information.
The TMViewer application will, as a user specified option, issue a notification e-mail when a large Time Machine backup is created. In this case, you as the user specify the email address (or addresses) which should receive this notification.
Access to User Files
DiskOrganizer does not open any file on your system - it accesses only the attributes of each file - for example, the size, date created, etc.
TMViewer will create a cache on your machine, at a location of your choice, which is updated to reflect information about new Time Machine backups. Entries from this cache are also removed as necessary when Time Machine performs a CleanUp operation. TMViewer does not access any other files on your machine.
Internet Connections
Our applications do not accept any incoming internet connections, nor open any outbound internet connection, so no data from your machine will ever be exported (see the one Exception below).
Exception: The only exception is an outbound connection to an e-mail server used by TMViewer if you have requested that notification e-mails be issued.

Please include:
- your contact e-mail and telephone
- your time-zone (so you do not get a call at 3:00 AM!)
- a copy of the Messages area at the bottom of the screen
- a description of the problem
- any error messages or stack traces generated
- any other information which you believe relevant to the issue
Important: Do not send any secret or proprietary information - for example a password in a log message. Instead, copy/paste into a text editor and X-out the proprietary information before sending.
